I made an appointment on Monday January 12, to have entire drivers mirror replaced. However, when I came into appointment on Friday the 16th, I had to call to ask status of service. I was originally qu entire drivers mirror replaced. However, when I came into appointment on Friday the 16th, I had to call to ask status of service. I was originally quoted a price of around $500. I had to call 6 hrs later to check on status of service. Alec advised part had been sold to another customer. ??ok fine. Stated it would be ready on Saturday. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the mirror housing was the only thing fixed. I was never told the wiring harness was part of this nor was the outer cap needing replacement! I'm not happy and I want to know what is going to be done about this! More

Car repairs are expensive. However, it is difficult to be negative about anything which the Ewald team does when helping a consumer (me!) to understand and to schedule a repair However, it is difficult to be negative about anything which the Ewald team does when helping a consumer (me!) to understand and to schedule a repair and to pay for said repair. Every single person I had to deal with is absolutely excellent, including the cashier at your payment counter. My car is old, over 10 years old, yet everyone I deal with at Ewald treats me as a customer with respect. It is a great team. If I had a lot of money, I'd probably want to get a new car every year at Ewald's. As I am not a rich person, I appreciate greatly the high standards of customer service provided by your team. Keep up the good work. It is appreciated. Hope you all have a great and a Happy New Year! More
