Alec respected our wishes, and after the test drive he followed up every couple of days but wasn't too pushy. Once we decided on the Palisade, Alec made the purchase easy and went above and beyond for us: he scoured Hyundai dealerships within a 500 mile radius for the exact Palisade we were looking for, and he had it delivered to his dealership at no cost to us. On top of that, he honored our request of no additional markup due to dealer add-ons or "extra fluff" charges, which all buyers should be trying to find. (There is plenty of information out there on how to do that.) Once we got the out-the-door price settled, our trade-in went smoothly as well as our down payment. The F&I gentleman, Dale, was also understanding to our needs and helped considerably with knowing we only wanted GAP insurance. A 2026 Hyundai Palisade we took it for a test drive as it was definitely roomy enough in the backseat as well. The only thing about it was the light colored interior. So he went to work and found a dark colored interior and bought it. Made the deal and went to the Finance manager to do the paperwork He (Samuel Pizzano) was just as nice, professional and knowledgeable. It mayde the buying experience enjoyable. I liked the salesman Alec so well. I went home and told my adult son who was thinking about buying a new vehicle, that he should go to Hyundai because of our experience and his mustang was 20 yrs old, and Hyundai had special financing on the Sante Fe! He got up the next morning and said maybe I'll go when they're open . It was January 1st, I looked on line and said they were open from 12:00 to 5:00pm. So we got ready and headed back to Hyundai we asked for the same salesperson Alec and He took him out in the lot to pick one out and our son(Donald) fell in love with the Sante Fe and bought a 2026 Sante Fe on NewYears Day. He said it was an enjoyable experience and great financing!(0%) interest for 60 months. More
