Rude. . Very rude. My advisor RUBEN BARRERA is very inconsiderate and rude while handling my service order.. First off, it took 6 weeks for him to ordered m . Very rude. My advisor RUBEN BARRERA is very inconsiderate and rude while handling my service order.. First off, it took 6 weeks for him to ordered my parts.. Then he denied me a loaner on 2 separate warranty and recalled services. When i finally able to get my parts in, he had to argue with me as he mistaken me for another customer, when he can simply ask me which vehicle is mine. Then when i went in for my appointment, he picked up multiple calls while I'm standing there waiting for him to finish my order for a good 8-10 minutes. Also I believed couple of those calls he had was not work related while he carried on his conversation.. I was very annoyed by his way of handling long time loyal customer.. I've multiple cars serviced at many dealership as you may be able to look up my history, I had never work any advisor like as bad and as rude as Ruben Barrera.. Its bad for business More

I must say that Chevrolet has really disappointed me, to the point that I will never buy another Chevy…I have been a devoted Chevy owner for the past was 25 years but the last two chevys have all been lemon the point that I will never buy another Chevy…I have been a devoted Chevy owner for the past was 25 years but the last two chevys have all been lemons…and not to mention their service department never having the parts for my trucks when they breakdown and me having to rent cars out of my pocket because my repairs would take longer than three weeks or more every time…while I do love their design, their their mechanical and technical aspect leaves much more to be desired.
