I went to the dealer to check my squeaky brakes that had 46% left on them. He said intially that it was maybe dust but turned out I needed new brakes. So there was an offer on front brakes replacement for $ 46% left on them. He said intially that it was maybe dust but turned out I needed new brakes. So there was an offer on front brakes replacement for $379 but mine were going to be $100 more than that because the brakes in the offer were cheap and that I should put more expensive ones. Nowhere on my receipt that I paid an upgrade which I don't know why I couldn't get the special offer. Then they forgot I was waiting till the dealership closed so I was there in the waiting room for 6 hours. It was a terrible experience. More

Went 3 times to get car diagnosed everything was fine they said just to come back a fourth time to tell me there is a lot of work that needs to be done. I have been a customer since 2019. The service department is courteous and explains in layman's terms what my vehicle needs. I don't feel pressured to do services that I don't need. Added fees and mandatory purchase of theft patrol and paint protection, although sales person tried to make it seem like it’s “optional”. Per GM Financial, all options are NOT mandatory to purchase, but paint protection, although sales person tried to make it seem like it’s “optional”. Per GM Financial, all options are NOT mandatory to purchase, but dealership states every dealership has something they include. Was also told it was already installed on car and cannot remove. Set us the wrong way and we will never purchase another car from them again. More
