With BMWs I did not see the luxury, sophisticated style I was looking for, Once I looked into the Mercedes I was intrigued. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for interior and exterior wise. But they were priced surprisingly low! And they have so many models to choose from I called Mercedes Benz Grapevine to check on a vehicle I found online salesman Kevin Sherrod made an appointment with me. He made my car buying experience run smoothly. I was able to obtain the rate and payment I wanted and I was driving home in my new Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 in just a couple of hours. I has many things to work thru outside of buying a car but it was definately time to start looking at options. During the last 3,4,5,6 months before signing, Alejandro reached out and asked what my plan was and how he can help. He was persistant but also respectful, he listened to me and what I was looking for and did a great job introducing me to my now ride. I'm in sales and the constant calls and emails can sometimes be annorying. He managed this well and with this I knew (thru his persistence and customer service) when I was ready to hit the ground running he would be there and would be my first point of contact. I would fully recommend Alejandro and as a now 6 time car buyer he did a great and honest job. Alejandro did two things that everyone should do more...1) look you in the eye and smile and 2) listen. Great job and the ride is fantastic! More

Alejandro Perez, Super Salesperson I dealt with Alejandro Perez . I met with on a Thursdqy just looking at an used Explorer not really intending on purchasing. He answer all of my qu I dealt with Alejandro Perez . I met with on a Thursdqy just looking at an used Explorer not really intending on purchasing. He answer all of my questions straight forward . I requested their offer and I received what I consider an extremley good offer ( the first time , as I hate to bicker back and forth) . I advised him I was looking elsewhere and said I may be back. Friday afternoon, I came back and advise I would be back Sat morning to accept delivery if they could complete the paper work. Within an hour I receive a call and I was advised everything was approve and ready to be signed. The next morning I took delivery as two very minor dings needed to be repaired. When I came in I found out that their service dept had repaired 3 dings not just the 2 I saw. In addition I joke with them saying I had a ding in the car I was driving and Alejandro arranged to have that ding repaired at no cost. Closing took less time than I expected and I wasn't put thru the nickel and dime sales pitches for every extra in the wordl . Alejandro advised what was optional and the choice was mine and I ended up purchasing the extended warranty.
