They somehow lost my keys and my car. I made an appointment to have my brakes checked. When I arrived, they told me my car would be ready by the end of the day or the following morning at I made an appointment to have my brakes checked. When I arrived, they told me my car would be ready by the end of the day or the following morning at the latest. I called three times the following morning/afternoon with no response. I showed up in person that afternoon and was told the car was not ready, and that the person who I spoke with yesterday was off that day, so it would likely be two more days until my car was ready. This was just for them to see what was wrong with my brakes - not make any repairs. It was going to cost $300 just to have them look at it. I told them I would like to take my car elsewhere as it wasn’t going to be ready in time. They left to go get my keys, and returned a few minutes later stating that they had LOST my car keys. 30 plus minutes later, they are still looking for the keys AND informed me that they couldn’t find my car. At this point, I walked into the lot myself and found my car in about one minute or less. I came back in and told them where it was. They came back several minutes later stating they still couldn’t find it. Finally, after an hour of me being there, they realized they had tagged the keys and my car incorrectly in their system. This was a HUGE waste of time and I absolutely will not ever trust them with my car again. I was told by one of the employees that this is not the first time they lost someone’s keys. The service writer was very courteous while taking our information. Upon arrival to pick up car had to inform front desk about coupon the service writer promised. Worst experience ever, Mike Ortiz walked in racially profiled us and asked us to leave. This happened on 9/1 when me and my family wasted our time trying to purchase an EV from this dealership. Too us an hour to drive and do some paperwork and out of the blue this guys Mike Ortiz walked in and gave us an option “yes” or “no” on purchasing, and asked us to leave. Lack of customer service leave about customer experience. I’ll spread the word about this among my friends and relatives to never purchase a car from this dealership. More
