The dealership has a nice small town feel and the overall level of service was nice. Unfortunately, the vehicle I bought was told to have adaptive cruise control and does not. I trusted the sales team when a level of service was nice. Unfortunately, the vehicle I bought was told to have adaptive cruise control and does not. My prior vehicle had it and has resulted in me not being an overly satisfied customer that is now debating how to address the situation in a favorable way. More

The traverse we bought is very nice. But I wasn’t even asked what month I wanted my vehicle registered in, so it was registered for only 4 months. I get laid off from work. Now my wife h But I wasn’t even asked what month I wanted my vehicle registered in, so it was registered for only 4 months. I get laid off from work. Now my wife has to worry about paying for the tag for it while I’m off work for the winter. It’s very inconvenient, and inconsiderate that I wasn’t asked when I wanted it registered. The people there need to take into consideration that not everyone works all year round. More

The communication is a joke. Sadly, they deserve 0 stars. Bought a Tahoe and two weeks later I needed a new fuel injector, no problem.. came in, got it replaced, and went on my way. Smelled something funny l Bought a Tahoe and two weeks later I needed a new fuel injector, no problem.. came in, got it replaced, and went on my way. Smelled something funny like fuel leaking or maybe an exhaust pipe leak. Took it back in. It took them 4 days only to tell me all they did was clean it and spray freshener in it. I smelled it instantly while my car was turned on in the parking lot sitting idle. The issue is still there. The tech wrote in my invoice that he wanted someone else to drive it because he (and I quote) “was having trouble smelling things lately”. Not on tech clocked time on the invoice. Also, the issue didn’t take place while I was driving… In addition to these issues I had some trouble contacting the finance department. I 10/10 do not recommend financing there as Jason is “highly sought after but too busy to answer his phone” so his helper (Astrid) takes care of his ****. (Quote from their finance department). I am completely disappointed. They DO NOT care about you once the sale is complete. I was a loyal customer at Bob Brown, and loved my experience there every time. Had a good friend of mine purchase from Shottenkirk (and has many times before) just days before me. I shared my experience and he said that it sounds like nothing has changed since the new ownership. I will never come back here and will continue to stick with Bob Brown, or another dealership, from here on out due to other dealerships continuing their customer service EVEN AFTER the sale. More
