Ales is a professional who cares about his customer and knows about BMWs and the product. They made the process simple and easy. I went in to the dealership to order my 2021 M340i, waited a few months an knows about BMWs and the product. They made the process simple and easy. I went in to the dealership to order my 2021 M340i, waited a few months and when it arrived, it was everything I hoped it was and more. The team at BMW pretty much had everything done the day I pick it up so it was super easy! I will be recommending Leith BMW to all friends and family. Thanks again Ales, what a true professional!! My wife and I worked with Ales when purchasing our M3, and couldn't be happier. We stopped in unscheduled, but he was very welcoming and happy to show us a the car we were interested in. Ales is very knowledgeable about BMW and because he is also a great listener, he was able to help us make the perfect choice. My husband and I visited two other dealerships, test drove other luxury cars, also a great listener, he was able to help us make the perfect choice. Ales took really good care of me as I was an out of state buyer and had concerns about buying a vehicle from so far away. He arranged a driver from the dealership to pick me up from the airport as well and t buyer and had concerns about buying a vehicle from so far away. He took his time with me, answered all of my questions, and made the entire buying process a pleasant and memorable experience.
