As we were constant lied about the delivery time for our car that we ordered and paid for, to the point that the Raleigh's manager admitted that all efforts and cars being built would go to the European market and because of that we would have ours only a month later, we decided to go to BMW and check the i3. From the beginning, as we gave the standard answer "just looking", Ales had the patience to be around, but not being intrusive, going to the point that we did have questions, and he was knowledgeable to answer them and understand what we wanted. From this we went for a test-drive. We decided to have lunch and talk about the options, given that we were searching for an electric only car. While eating we received his email, thanking for visiting BMW... We finished the lunch and went back and my wife bought her first BMW... They even accommodate the office hours to have all papers done, and Ales took the time to teach us about the car and the technology it has, and how to use them properly and take advantage of the different settings.
