I have specific characteristics I want from a dealership, and there are generally three within an hour's drive or so. One is where I have my cars serviced since it's closest, but I would NEVER buy a car from them. Last time, for me, they had no evident interest in sitting down with me, didn't return calls, answer emails, etc. The second dealership was basically fine, but Leith and Ales were fine. That combination just produces a civilized encounter. Talked only with one other salesman while waiting for Ales, who was also just fine, but having purchased a car from Ales only nine months ago, we stuck with him. IF you are in the market for a BMW, go to him. More
