He is respectful, never pressures, informative, and has even talked me out of options that I would not need rather than trying to make a sale. We have left the dealership twice to think on our car choices and he remained very helpful and sincere even when we were not in the buying mood. This past experience, he got us a tremendous deal and found us a car other than the one we came in to see because it fit our needs better. Superior from Start to Finish After reaching the end of the road with my vehicle, it was time to trade it in. With my heart set on a BMW my husband and I drove an hour and a half After reaching the end of the road with my vehicle, it was time to trade it in. With my heart set on a BMW my husband and I drove an hour and a half from Greenville, NC to Raleigh, and was met at the door by Ales! He immediately began working on my behalf, to trade in my old vehicle, and find the perfect car for me. Ales was so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, patient, and extremely professional! I ended up leaving that day, before realizing Ales had presented me with a wonderful deal, and I couldn't miss it. He had already gone home for the day, but left his house to come back and assist me past business hours, seeing as how I had traveled so far! Juan, Colleen, and Ales stayed over an hour helping me seal the deal to my beautiful new white BMW 320i. The whole while we chatted, traded jokes, and were offered everything from water or tea to assure our comfort. Superior service literally from the moment I stepped food in the door, to the time I drove off the lot, and the next day to make sure I had made it home safely in my new BMW. Impressed and pleased is an understatement. More
