Excellent customer service I had been looking into buying a BMW for quite some time now. The very first time I stopped by Leith BMW to take a look at one of the new models that I had been looking into buying a BMW for quite some time now. The very first time I stopped by Leith BMW to take a look at one of the new models that had just come out, Ales was more than willing to show me the car even though he knew I wasn't ready to purchase yet. 2 years later I stopped by again, this time ready to buy, and he remembered who I was and was ready to help again. From start to finish, Ales provided supreme customer service, and always strove to provide the best incentives and experience possible. There are not many car dealerships nowadays where you feel the staff is honestly pursuing a mutually beneficial relationship with their customers instead of focusing solely on profit, but Leith BMW fit that bill and truly stands apart from other dealers. I am very satisfied with my experience with Ales, Colleen, and Leith BMW, and will strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a BMW in the Triangle. More

We also took a quick test drive and the process felt very comfortable and relaxed - no pressure at all. I never felt pushed to buy something that was not a fit for my needs and wants in a new vehicle. Will definitely be coming to Ales again for upgrades when it's time for another BMW! More
