I was interested in a used car and went in. We didn’t agree on price but they said they’d call me back in two weeks knowing my price. I then coordinated with my wife and baby to be able to get the car as we weren’t trading in. Only to walk in and get the same old song and dance with no obvious handoff and then being told they couldn’t hit the numbers they said. They said they didn’t “commit to numbers” but the numbers match to me means the number I suggested and the last price referenced. Big waste of time both times I went in. More
