very helpfull except new car engine light on before home, come back 3 hours wait for fix.after Ismail was very helpful in showing some thing .then Alex came on day off and new car engine light on before home, come back 3 hours wait for fix.after Ismail was very helpful in showing some thing .then Alex came on day off and they both try to get the tail gate to work only worked for Ismail then tried to get the remote start to work no luck whent home Alex is going yo look into and call me .these two people are very helpfull waiting for call More

Amazing Team to Work With I was in line for a new Toyota and I had an exact one in mind. I went through true car and of all the dealerships that contacted me, St. Cloud Toyota I was in line for a new Toyota and I had an exact one in mind. I went through true car and of all the dealerships that contacted me, St. Cloud Toyota was the only one who said we do not have that exact car you are looking for but we can get it for you within a couple days. The only downside that I would say, is this was a present for my wife for Christmas. I noticed there were a lot of fancy bows on cars and I had asked for one to put on my car. You would think after spending $25K they would throw one in for you. More

Bought a new 4Runner in under 2 hours I have been in the market for a 2020 4Runner for several months. I was just waiting for the right time to buy and boy ohh boy my experience at St Clou I have been in the market for a 2020 4Runner for several months. I was just waiting for the right time to buy and boy ohh boy my experience at St Cloud Toyota was fanamanal. I phoned ahead because I wasn't going to be able to to be at the dealership untill an hour before closing and the sales person I originally worked with was not working to that day. So another sales person stepped up and help me out. They were able to get all the financing figured out and we signed and drove off in about a hour and a half later. This has been the seventh vehicle my family has bought from this dealership and every experience we have had has been better then the previous. I highly recommend buying at St Cloud Toyota due to the fast, professional, friendly service. I can't wait to buy my eighth vehicle from them. More
