Oil change I had an oil change and tire rotatation. I also had a recall for my doors that I have been waiting about a year to get fixed. The dealor said they did I had an oil change and tire rotatation. I also had a recall for my doors that I have been waiting about a year to get fixed. The dealor said they didn't have the parts from Ford. Finally got in to get it fixed and have to go back next week for the other two doors because they still don't have all the parts. This Im not happy with. But the dealership was great and tried real hard to make it right for me. More

Alex and all the staff I dealt with were extremely polite, professional, and followed through with everything they said they would do. Not once was it a high pressure sales. Only had one glitch in vehicle registration which wasn't their fault. But they kept me in the loop every step of the way. Now keep in mind, this was all done long distance. In the end, they went above and beyond customer service assistance. They actually drove my vehicle to me which was 2 hours away, to save me an extra trip and helped sync my phone too. Now that is SERVICE. Thanks Tasca Ford for a Great Experience. More
