Alex in finance made the paperwork quick, easy, and painless. I already had pretty good credit and a pre-approved loan through Honda Finance, and they respected that. There was absolutely no pressure to buy extended warranties or other add-ons, which was refreshing. The entire experience was honest, efficient, and completely free of the typical dealership xx. P.S. If you're in the Huntsville area, I'd recommend making the extra 30-minute drive to Decatur. It was well worth it for the better buying experience.
