He was professional, honest, responsive, and made the entire process feel effortless. Everything moved quickly, there were no surprises, and I never felt pressured. The finance team was just as impressive. They made all of the online paperwork simple and efficient considering I bought the car all remotely! What really stood out was Brendon’s dedication to his customers. He personally drove my new Audi from Boston to New York so I could have the car without making the trip myself. That level of service is rare these days, and it meant so much to me. If you’re looking for an Audi, I highly recommend Audi Brookline, and especially Brendon.
