Wonderful staff I came in to get my tire fixed as it had a nail in it and was leaking air. I waited a bit longer than expected but the staff was so wonderful. I had m I came in to get my tire fixed as it had a nail in it and was leaking air. I waited a bit longer than expected but the staff was so wonderful. I had my over year old daughter with me who was walking around and getting into everything. Mia was so sweet and offered us drinks and snacks. She also talked to us a while about her family. Frank was do pleasant to speak with and so nice. Shared stories about his family and engaged with my daughter. Alex, in parts saw her walking around and told us of his family and gave my daughter a little VW bear to play with. Because we had to wait longer than expected for the tire to be fixed, there was no charge. I really appreciated the friendliness and warmth of all the staff there. They went out of their way to be engaging and take care of us. Why we'll always own VW's. More
