He clearly communicated the differences between each model and got me into a car that was an absolutely perfect fit for me at a price my husband and I were happy with. I will literally buy/lease all of my cars from him in the future. Dominick has been incredible with scheduling my service appointments and addressing my (very limited) concerns when I come in for service. He’s attentive and always makes himself available. The dealership is top notch and the amenities are great - free WiFi, laptop working stations, comfortable lounge, and they’ve even had a mobile masseuse on-site. Overall great experience with the dealership and the staff. More

Lots and lots of super inflated dealer charges!!! I’ve owned +45 cars in my life, 40 total, including 23 Mercedes. 4 Porsche’s, 8 BMW’s, 3 Jaguars, etc. This was the worse! Alex in finance included things like ding protection, etc., $899 dealer prep and additional dealer charges!!! Alex did not mention any of these, just “sing & initial here and there. This dealership 100% confirms why car dealerships get such a bad reputation.. The pre-owned car they delivered had a filthy trunk, and on my way home experienced significant steering wheel vibration when applying brakes at around 50 MPH, due to front discs where likely refaced to the point the discs become warped from heat. The right rear tire (the one you should always check. Is almost down to the “wear tabs” unacceptable, by law, dealers are mandated to meet safety parameters. Not compliant, Forgot to mentioned that after charging $899 for “dealer prep” I found several receipts, shopping bags. etc.. Stay away from this dealership, they are “rip-off artists!!! I’m driving 90 miles tomorrow to have the brake issue resolved, if not, this will all be up to my attorney, More

All vehicles considered were on a similar level but what sold me was Alex's dedication to assure I would receive the best auto buying experience possible. There are 2 dealerships at this Gunther location and I went with the Volvo XC90. Not once did Alex try to persuade me into buying the more expensive vehicle. He assured I knew all of my options and always told me whenever I am ready, he will be there to make it happen. You can bet that I will be back after this lease is up! More
