She said yes once I got there come to find out I was sold into getting brake fluid which I didn't need especially in FL I only had about 29k on my car. 2nd the sales man Alex screwed me over with adding certified warranty which I didn't want. & Was told the warranty added on was to cover oil changes and etc..which it wasn't I will never buy a car from Vw Delray ever again! I plan on following up with corporate on the matter. It's extremely unethical. More

Let's start with saying that I would NEVER send my wife alone, or recommend that anyone not familiar with the typical tricks old-fashion dealerships play on people attempts to buy a car there. The lack of transparency was there from the beginning until the end of the negotiation. I NEVER got to see the ACTUAL monthly payment until I was brought over to the business office. The business office person (David Wisdom) was polite and transparent, like the people selling cars should be. On the piece of paper that they keep showing you to sign, it says "plus taxes", "plus fees" but it never shows the final number. Why did I buy a car there? I simply wanted the particular car they had in stock, with the high cost of stress and aggravation, something I won't do ever again. Lesson learned. More
