Called for a tire rotation,balance and oil change was told to drop the truck off at 8am came back at 4 pm got there and I asked about the oil change Alex said no but give him 20 minutes and he would do i told to drop the truck off at 8am came back at 4 pm got there and I asked about the oil change Alex said no but give him 20 minutes and he would do it! Picked it up and had a terrible shake called the next day and asked if they balanced the tires and they didn't do I had to drive back to get them balanced and Alex told me that I didn't ask for the tires to be balanced stating I only asked for them to look at transmission because it wasn't showing properly which was the week before and they couldn't find anything wrong with it, which was a totally separate service appointment. Decided not to go back to Nissan of picayune because the truck still had a shake! Had another company balance and one of the lugs was put on wrong and stripped the the lug so had to replace the lug and the bolt. And the tire should not have been out back on due to tread was separated. I love my Nissan but NOT Nissan Service of Picayune. More
