People at this dealership are very knowledgeable of the cars. They don’t mind answering any questions. Never did they try rushing us to buy a car. This is my second lease purchase with Shottenkirk and both Alex and Adam were very easy to deal with. They listened to my needs and wants and helped me get my new Palisade XRT with little effort.
