The dealership tells me they’ll contact me to make appts for recalls and services yet I have to constantly reach out for status of recalls and to schedule appointments. There are probably 1-2 employees that for recalls and services yet I have to constantly reach out for status of recalls and to schedule appointments. There are probably 1-2 employees that are friendly, everyone else I speak to, do not exemplify good customer service. More

I do not recommend purchasing or leasing from Motion Kia. I wish I could give 5 stars, but my experience with Motion Kia and Kia USA has been the worst!! I leased a car on July 1, 2024 and returned it on Ju I wish I could give 5 stars, but my experience with Motion Kia and Kia USA has been the worst!! I leased a car on July 1, 2024 and returned it on July 22nd, because it shut down twice while driving. I was informed by Alex at the Service Dept that this was a dangerous situation, and yet weeks after evaluating the car they were unable to locate the source of the problem. Alex suggested someone from the service dept drive with me to monitor my driving..Really?? .I guess the Good Ole Boy club still exist!! The GM informed me there is nothing they can do and directed me to Kia USA. Four month later I am still without a car and nothing but crickets from Kia USA. In the meantime, I am out over 6k.....Horrible Customer Service across the board. More
