I made an appointment days in advance to get my car serviced, was told it had a leaky strut. Instead of them checking it out to see if they needed to order a part he made a appt for me to bring it back serviced, was told it had a leaky strut. The man was uninterested in fixing my car. Meanwhile my husband left his car there for over a week so they could look at a problem and change the oil. A week later we had to contact them to find out they had done NOTHING. So we picked up his car and canceled the appt for my car and will do business somewhere else. Your guy is ruining your business.
