Purchased vehicle at Ourisman of Bethesda. Wanted to have it serviced at Ourisman of Woodbridge. I have a warranty extension under service bulletin 23-009. I’ve actually tried visiting this same location twice. I had a dash light on (same time as I was riding with a spare.) I know that would throw up a code. However, my vehicle has been impacted by this specific issue. Essentially the vehicle stalls when you are stopped, and won’t start back up unless you put it in park, then the start button. Scared the heck out of me until I learned about this specific issue. Anyway, this guy tells me both times gonna have to charge a diagnostic with no context or no ability to answer questions, or explain. To the point he actually hindered a female employee who was willing to help me during my appt today. His hands started shaking during his interaction with me and I believe he postured aggressively at which point I had a few choice words. The woman who was trying to help me, escorted me to the managers office which I appreciate. He explained things reasonably, and under pressure I might add because I came in hot. Anyway, I believe my vehicle has been impacted by this service issue bc I have experienced it 3 separate times In the year I’ve had it. This guy only cares about his numbers and it’s obvious. I only found out about this from an employee who told me about the issue and I was like oh my god you’re my hero (it’s under warranty) and this jerk is like well it’s gonna cost you 200. Which it in fact, does not. It’s a pre authorized charge which falls off if it’s a covered repair. I guarantee without my own due diligence this would have went untouched based on the service I received. I’ll be driving to the next nearest Honda dealer at this point. More

David Kielland Brandt went the extra mile today. I had left my EZ FLEX PASS in the rental car I had used several days ago while service was performed on my car.
