First time customer very impressed and satisified! I went into this dealership with no expectations or any desire to end up getting a Mercedes and the reason being that I have never had a Mercedes befo I went into this dealership with no expectations or any desire to end up getting a Mercedes and the reason being that I have never had a Mercedes before. I wanted to surprise my fiancée with the GLA250 but did not have much free time between going to school and work throughout the week. I communicated mainly with Alex Shaparin thru email which was almost 40 emails total at the end of the deal because I had many many questions and it was just such a breeze. As far as pricing goes whether your looking to lease or buy Alex and this dealership[p make it very simple and easy. They get straight to the point and give you their best price right up front so there is no need to haggle and go back and forth and waste extra time or get cheated . Overall, this was my first time at this dealership, as well as my first time at a Mercedes dealership in general and I can honestly say it was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership! Dealing with Alex, the entire process was a pleasure and no pressure at all. I have been leasing from well-known Mercedes dealerships in NJ and NYC and never experienced such courtesy, professionalism and respect for the customer but only from Alex Shaparin. I called for a quote over the phone with my specifications and he gave me a price that I knew was competitive but never once did he pressured me to go to the dealership or used those non-stop phone calls to make a sale. Great Dealer! I knew a wanted a CLA for the longest time. I came in one Monday morning to get a deal and I met Alex at MB Princeton. Alex told me to come in next Mo I knew a wanted a CLA for the longest time. I came in one Monday morning to get a deal and I met Alex at MB Princeton.
