For the past two scheduled oil change services I made they took an unacceptable amount of time to finish the service. The first time, I scheduled my oil change in the morning and they called at the end o they took an unacceptable amount of time to finish the service. The first time, I scheduled my oil change in the morning and they called at the end of the day to pick up my vehicle. What is the purpose of scheduling appointments if I’m going to be skipped to last service of the day?? The second time I scheduled my oil service I didn’t even get a text or call from the advisor even though he confirmed that he will update me as soon as my car was ready. They didn’t update me at all even though I texted the number they gave me, I waited for two days to see if they would but no they didn’t. Because of this experience I would never recommend this place to anyone. They lack honesty, professionalism and don’t value the time of their customer. I honestly hope they change this work practice. More
