They determined that even though my car was relatively new, but out of warranty, that Honda would help with the cost of the necessary repair. In addition, when I requested a loaner car, as the part had to be back ordered, they provided me a comparable one free of charge. At the end of the day, I felt that I would have to pay a fortune and not have my own car for a while, but they completely put me at ease and were almost apologetic that a newer vehicle could even have such an issue. Grade A+ service! My car is now running perfectly. More
