Thorough top quality work Two weeks after my visit, repairs are holding up. In addition to replacing my starter, Mr Tinnirello took care of the engine block recall on my 2006 Honda civic. One area that could use improvement is the wait time. My job was a big one but some shops put multiple techs to return the vehicle faster to the customer. This is a management issue, not the fault of the advisors and techs. More

Great service - during a snowstorm! Last snowstorm my car died in my parking lot. I got a jump and brought it in to Atlantic Honda - which was very close to my home. Previously I only had my car serviced at another dealer that was much further away. Although the other service center was also wonderful, I will be going back to Atlantic due to the great service I received. They saw me immediately and I had no appointment. Alex found the issue very quickly - my alternator needed to be replaced. While they were reviewing the different systems on the car, they found that my engine was leaking - and the issue met the standards for a Honda 'known issue' that allowed him to replace my engine with a brand new engine at no cost to me! Wonderful! Alex also made additional suggestions for some repairs to keep my car running smoothly. It is very important to me to fix things before they break (if possible) - so I'm grateful to all the Honda service stations who always apprise me of repairs/replacements needed - and Atlantic certainly meets and exceeds that standard. My car was returned to me at the price stated, in the time stated and was washed as well! In addition, some other things were done for me. Since my alternator drained my battery, I knew that I would have to look up the code to activate it again - that was already done for me. Also, I have a small dent in my fender that occasionally pulls it away from the car and I have to bang it back in. That was put back for me. Small things, I know, but very appreciated (and YES, I noticed)!!! And finally, Alex made sure that I was shuttled home on that messy snow day and I'd like to thank both him and Anthony (who had to drive me on those slippery roads). Thanks for a great experience on what could have been a very stressful day! You have a new service customer and I will definitely be looking for my next car here as well as recommending you to all my friends. More
