Worst dealership I’ve ever purchased a vehicle from! If we could would be ZERO stars ! First off we drove down from Seattle,Wa rushed by a pushy sells guy and his “Manager” as we got there we weren’t If we could would be ZERO stars ! First off we drove down from Seattle,Wa rushed by a pushy sells guy and his “Manager” as we got there we weren’t offered to test drive the vehicle when I asked the sells men told me that just to sign the paperwork that everything was fine. Witch I took his Word for it considering the fact that they had waited after hours for us and had it pulled up to the front of the building . His finance guy was very disrespectful and extremely pushy!! Said and mentioned multiple times that I had to “PAY” for a “Anti Recovery” device and that it was not optional! Until I questioned him about it he was extremely agitated and refused to take it off! With a very demanding voice and facial expression’s!! & told me himself that if he knew that we weren’t going to purchase the “Anti Theft” that he would have stayed after hours!! Until I Immediately disclosed that I worked for one of the most predominant pre owned dealerships in the north west he toned it down! We ended up not purchasing his anti theft device which is useless on Electric vehicles because you can track the exact location yourself through an application! The story dose not end there….. After an almost 4 hour drive battery starts to go down and I decide to take it directly home to “Charge” I had a professional electrician come by and set up a 220w in my garage . So after plugging my brand new Chevy EV Silverado I get an ALERT on MY CHEVY APP stating that the battery need immediate attention to take it to the nearest GM dealership. Now the truck won’t hold charge it drains the battery just setting not only that GMC of Bellevue Wa told me that there is something wrong the the defroster and ventilation system! If I were anyone looking to purchase any type of vehicle here I would steer way from from them ! NO GOOD FOR BUSINESS typical PUSHY SALES MAN TACTICS from management and sales guy! Now my truck has been at the shop for over 2 weeks since I’ve made my purchase ! Have contacted the financial institution and they have been more the helpful along the way!! If this happens to anyone please be sure you can contact the bank or credit union that they financed you with! To let them know that they Knowingly sold you a “FAULTY” vehicle ! purchased a 2025 Hummer Ev truck on Tuesday. I drove from 2 hours away after lengthy texting about me needing the adapters to be able to charge my vehicle at home. I was told on more than one oc I drove from 2 hours away after lengthy texting about me needing the adapters to be able to charge my vehicle at home. I was told on more than one occasion by Alex the salesman that the adapters were in stock and would be part of the deal and they would have them in hand for when I made the trip up there. I get there Tuesday evening and I’m told the parts department locked the adapters up and they cannot access them however they would overnight them to me on Wednesday. This was Alex’s statement, also as I was leaving another man backed Alex up saying yeah sorry about that well overnight them tomorrow. Come Wednesday Alex is not responding to any of my messages asking for a tracking number so I can see when the package will be delivered. Alex was very responsive while he was making the sale. And now nothing……… I called 4 times yesterday for the manager left messages explaining what was going on. No call back. I finally get a call from the parts department. The man stated he was told he needed to call me because I wanted to buy a fast charger adapter. I notified him no it was supposed to be part of the deal as well as a regular one I can charge at home with. He stated the home one is on back order has been for while and I need to buy the other one if I would like to have it shipped to me. So obviously I was lied to when I was told parts locked the adapters up. He then transferred me to the manager again no answer no response. I was sold a $80,000 vehicle under completely false pretenses. I still have yet to get a response from Alex or the manager and am now told it’ll be $470 extra for both adapters as well as the unknown of when I will be able to receive the one I can use at home. Now my only choice is to charge at a public charging spot which is significantly more costly than at home. I’m disappointed in the lack of honesty and the zero response to my requests to have a call back from Alex or the Manager ( the receptionist said she passed my message over personally to Dylan more than one time yesterday). I would have been very satisfied if I wasn’t lied to then ignored and now have to spend extra to be able to drive my vehicle. On top of that. I’ve learned not to buy a vehicle in the dark. I was told by Alex the vehicle looked like a new vehicle no issues. I even asked him to go double check before I made the drive. To later notice when I got home the drivers side window is not tinted like the rest and it’s covered in glue so it’s extremely sticky. I could tell someone tried to wipe it with a towel because it has towel fuzz on it, which I assume was Alex when he went and wiped it down as he said he would. Nothing was said about it to me. And I did not notice this because it was dark and raining when I picked the vehicle up. Maybe the window was an oversight (most likely not ) however The dishonesty and avoidance regarding my adapters is absolutely unacceptable for a “reputable” dealership. More
