I started with a clear understanding of what kind of vehicle plus the customized package I wanted, and Alex understood my idea very quickly and helped me move through the process smoothly and efficiently. Both Alex and Tony did their best to made sure their store can meet their customers’ demands whenever possible. Highly recommended! More

First time buying a vehicle from Zeigler in Kalamazoo. In the past I usually knew more than the salesperson on the vehicle I was interested in due to my research. This time it was different! My name is Alex, I sold myself a car today and wanted to leave myself a review because I did such an excellent job. I took myself on a test drive and experienced the famous B58 engine packaged in a G01 X3. While it was amazing, I didn’t pressure myself to make a purchase right away. Zeigler allowed me to take the car home for the weekend because I am an employee and I completely fell in love. I was able to make the numbers make sense to me and the managers helped me make this a very smooth transaction. This review started as a joke because I sold the car to myself but I am actually really happy and greatful to work for an organization that truly cares about their customers and their employees! More
