First time buying a vehicle from Zeigler in Kalamazoo. In the past I usually knew more than the salesperson on the vehicle I was interested in due to my research. This time it was different! My name is Alex, I sold myself a car today and wanted to leave myself a review because I did such an excellent job. I took myself on a test drive and experienced the famous B58 engine packaged in a G01 X3. While it was amazing, I didn’t pressure myself to make a purchase right away. Zeigler allowed me to take the car home for the weekend because I am an employee and I completely fell in love. I was able to make the numbers make sense to me and the managers helped me make this a very smooth transaction. This review started as a joke because I sold the car to myself but I am actually really happy and greatful to work for an organization that truly cares about their customers and their employees! More

Zeigler is known as a high-touch customer service organization and my purchase was in alignment with their reputation. From the moment I walked through the door, where someone is always there to gree organization and my purchase was in alignment with their reputation. From the moment I walked through the door, where someone is always there to greet and direct you, to being handed the fob to my new vehicle, everything was exceptionally professional. My salesperson, Alex McGaughey, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was available to answer questions but allowed me time to drive and look over the vehicle without being overbearing. The right mix of being available while allowing me to ask questions but not being pushy or aggressive. Alex asked questions to determine my needs and then made suggestions and offered options to fill those needs. I would highly recommend Zeigler and Alex if anyone is looking for a new/new-to-them car. With all the Zeigler dealerships there are many options and it’s great that the cars can be brought to any Zeigler lot. More

Zeigler BMW is the best dealership around. Salespeople are not pushy, service advisors are amazing.
