I had a very troubling experience with Alex Ojeda at this dealership and feel obligated to warn others. After doing business with them and providing my personal and financial information as part of the ve dealership and feel obligated to warn others. After doing business with them and providing my personal and financial information as part of the vehicle purchase process, I later discovered a credit card had been opened in my name without my authorization. I am currently disputing the account and working through the appropriate legal and credit reporting channels. After speaking with the manager he admitted that Alex was suspended for this prior. Since then, I’ve connected with at least four other individuals who reported similar issues involving unauthorized credit activity after interacting with AlexWhile I cannot speak to the outcome of their situations, the pattern is concerning.
