Alex has the best customer service. Great to work with on finding a used or new car. He is straight up honest if he car get you in a car or not. The service department needs work. Of the 4 dealerships we visited, Corwin was one of the most pleasant. Jim and Alex made us feel welcome and relaxed every step of the way, and at no time did they engage in the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics that give car sales a bad name. Jim and checked in with us, but gave us the time and space to make our decision even though it was at the end of the month, when I am sure they are under pressure to meet goals. In fact, it was their approach that eventually helped us make the decision. Their competitor misrepresented their position late in negotiations, so we went with the people that we trusted. One of the few car deals I've made where I came away feeling good about the deal and the experience. Thanks and keep up the great work! More
