Not going to rate 1 because the service in which I came in for was done okay. Reason for the 2 stars is because of the process. From the time I could walk, my father who was a mechanic, taught me the process of full and complete service. Put a fender cover on the vehicle when changing oil. Make sure you return the vehicle cleaner than the way you found it. That wasn’t the case. I have all of my vehicles ceramic coated and detailed completely every 6-9 months. Vehicle was returned with visible grease stains on the driver side fender. Yes, I’m very meticulous about how my vehicles are kept and expect the same of those that perform services for me.
