At every moment I felt he was looking out for my best interests: Made sure I got the right car and understood everything I needed to know before driving it off the lot. And he’s a genuinely nice person, a pleasure to work with. Luis in finances was great, as well, very personable and very thorough. Make sure you set aside a good chunk of time, though, when you go to buy a car there, because they will! But I felt more secure and confident driving off, knowing that everything had been done right!
