Always a great experience going to this service department. After decades of sub-par service attentions, this is refreshing. I have been pleased with every service department interaction. They have actually gone above and beyond for me. This time I dealt with Mike but my interactions with Alexis have been good to. The dealership over all has been great with one exception. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a lifetime warranty through the dealership. When my wife took our car in for a recall and to re exception. When we purchased our vehicle we purchased a lifetime warranty through the dealership. When my wife took our car in for a recall and to repair a light that had fallen out of the mirror she was charged over a $100.00 for that service. After she left I called the dealership and asked why she was charged the gentleman I talked to said he would check on it and call me back. It’s been 4 days with no return call. More

Every person from Scheduling (Alexis) through payment (Tracy) was top notch based on exceptional customer service I received in the past from Alexis. Every person from Scheduling (Alexis) through payment (Tracy) was top notch. Their automation used for Service is impressive, too. Kept me informed throughout the quick and efficient process.
