Service department is top notch. Our latest car purchase was not as good an experience as our first at this dealership. We felt rushed and pressured to buy. And the funny thing is we had already decided on the car we wanted. Our sales girl was great, however another gentleman at the dealership, not so much. He used old fashioned tactics making an unpleasant buying experience. I would recommend Sarasota Subaru, but be careful about smoke and mirror tactics. Be ready to walk if you feel pressured or not quite sure of the deal and don’t sign anything until you are ready. More
