Great first car buying experience I recently purchased a used 2016 Honda Civic from Bill Page Honda after my previous car died. Alfonso was a great sales person from my first contact online to final purchase. He was not overly pushy or aggressive and kept me informed through the whole process. Bill Page was great allowing me to take the car to my mechanic for a second opinion before purchase, answering all my questions, (and I got a great deal :) ). Buying a car is such a tedious process and the staff made it as smooth as possible for me. More

Smooth, professional, nice personnel Negotiating with Alfonso on-line, on phone and in person was very easy. He was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice. Since we were 3 hours Negotiating with Alfonso on-line, on phone and in person was very easy. He was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely nice. Since we were 3 hours away, he was able to hold the car for us after negotiating a fair price until we could drive up to see it and test drive it. He was very knowledgeable about the car's features and the various guarantees and was able to work with his manager in negotiating a mutually acceptable price. There was absolutely no high pressure; working with him was very pleasant. Since I didn't know the town, he agreed to ride with us during the test drive. All in all it was an excellent experience. We would recommend Alfonso and Bill Hale Honda to anyone looking for a good used car. More
