On our 100k maintenance trips Brittany made sure we knew what was going on the whole time. However on the most recent trip, I couldn't schedule online as the system is weird and then when we got in, it took 4 hours for an oil change, tire balance and rotation and alignment. My truck is SO shaky now, I wish I hadn't waited hours for a service that made it worse. Hard to feel a good alignment when the tires aren't balanced. AND these services cost hundreds all together. Not worth my time nor my money. We won't be back for service. More
