I needed a recall issue addressed. I went in to schedule the service explaining the issue and provided the letter that I received stating the issue. I dropped off my car, I received a text message telling me that they needed to order parts. Being a mechanic myself, I felt extremely frustrated to have to go through the trouble of being without my only vehicle again because a service manager didn't have the thought to preorder parts for a known issue. Every third car in town is a Toyota RAV4 of the generation of the recall so I don't understand the lack of insight. More
