I wanted to turn in my Honda for end of lease. I called and salesperson said I could come in anytime. When I arrived they wanted to buy my vehicle as it was in excellent shape, but their offer w I called and salesperson said I could come in anytime. When I arrived they wanted to buy my vehicle as it was in excellent shape, but their offer was so low. When I said I just wanted to turn it in, they said I had to deal with the general manager and he wasn’t there. They never called me the next day and put me on hold when I called them. I did most of my service at Lia so this was very disappointing. They obviously didn’t know what they were doing. I went to another Honda dealership and they paid me $3000 more than Lia and the process took only 10 minutes and they were so great. More
