Ali is quite new, and not very knowledgeable yet on processes at the dealership or on some features for the vehicles in stock in regards to their engines, etc. He was very quick to get help where neede processes at the dealership or on some features for the vehicles in stock in regards to their engines, etc. He was very quick to get help where needed to ensure that our needs were met, but it perhaps drug out the process a bit.
