Ali in Sales, Jay in Management, and Alex in Finance were all down-to-earth people. They made sure my deal went through and took care of a few things that surprised me. Ali: What a great salesman. Has a great personality and is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. Jay: Took the time to explain what the dealership could do for me to ensure my purchase was amazing and the vehicle was in top condition for the sale. Alex: He's the money guy, yet is very personable and very down to earth. He made sure our financial part of the deal went as smoothly as possible. Overall, my 76-mile drive one way was a huge success and worth driving down I-94 during rush hour. All 3 of these guys are great, and Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights is lucky to have them on their staff.
