We were introduced to the service department and have already scheduled our first service! We met owner Frank Mastrovito the day we walked into the dealership and he made a point of thanking us on the day we picked up our new Tucson (which we love)! He has done an amazing job of hiring the right people and setting the tone for an enjoyable buying experience. Details like a March Madness contest and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies actually made buying a car a FUN experience! We have bought many cars during our 60+ years. The dealership let me leave the lot with my wipers motor completely shot! They told me that they retimed the motor and it would be safe for me to drive. I was also accused on more than 1 occasion that I fai completely shot! They told me that they retimed the motor and it would be safe for me to drive. I was also accused on more than 1 occasion that I failed to remove the snow from the wiper tray. Even though I had explained more than once that this all began during rain. The wiper motor was changed last Friday after having to drive to work with non working wipers. The wipers would not turn on at all. I am furious that my brand new 2022 not even owned for year Santa Cruz would not have passed a state inspection if it needed. The danger they put myself and my family in is criminal. More
