I really wish I could give more than 1 star but with the type of warranty work that should have been done but refused by Robert F the Service Manager is really sad. We have a 2024 Audi Q3 where the seatbelt type of warranty work that should have been done but refused by Robert F the Service Manager is really sad. We have a 2024 Audi Q3 where the seatbelt will no longer recoil and they refused to fix that. They also blamed another part because it "could have happened when" -- not that it did happen when but it "could have". I guess my time in the military this stuff would not have passed the smell test. It just shows they are not willing to do what is right. I certainly would NEVER recommends anyone purchasing a vehicle from Audi of Orange Park. The sales staff will lie to you about ANYTHING to get your money. The sales rep knew we were traveling from Tallaha vehicle from Audi of Orange Park. The sales staff will lie to you about ANYTHING to get your money. When we arrived, we were greeted at the front lot by another sales person who told us they had just sold the Audi we drove there to buy!! I have called and written to Jack Hanania to express my concerns and have NEVER received any response at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! More

This place is a complete rip off and they tell you lies to try to get rid of you. Also they charge you as much possible to get as much money out of you. Not ...they did not check for the nail or whatever was in the tire. He was lazy and I guess he was done working for the day. Dont let them tell you that they are done...Check their work... I had my concerns about visiting this location after reading the reviews here. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told ALL MANAGEMENT IS NEW!!!!!!!!!! Not only that the GM Ron and GSM Andy are amaz reading the reviews here. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told ALL MANAGEMENT IS NEW!!!!!!!!!! Not only that the GM Ron and GSM Andy are amazing.
