Bryan was completely unprofessional and almost led to this sale not happening. I was trying to explain that the offer sheet numbers weren’t right which led to a number of “oh my god” and loud sighs. I purchased a vehicle from Stivers on April 30, 2025, based on a referral , whose uncle Greg is a sales manager there. Unfortunately, the car began experiencing issues as early as May 14, 2025. I returne based on a referral , whose uncle Greg is a sales manager there. Unfortunately, the car began experiencing issues as early as May 14, 2025. I returned to the dealership and informed Greg of the problem. On May 28, 2025, they placed me in a loaner vehicle and returned mine on June 11, claiming it had been repaired. However, the very next day, June 12, the car again entered limp mode. I was issued another loaner on June 13. My salesperson, Kin and an employee named Joey arranged for my vehicle to be taken to Audi for further inspection. Stivers stated they were committed to getting it properly repaired. Audi later informed me that Stivers Ford failed to pay to fix the issue like they agreed. Also the extended warranty I purchased through Stivers denied coverage due to the problem being deemed pre-existing. Stivers then said they would use Audi’s diagnostics to proceed with the necessary repairs. Yet once the vehicle was returned, the same problems persisted. When I brought the car back again, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from Ali. I then spoke with Danielle, the service manager, who redirected me back to Ali. Over a month ago, I requested to speak with Manny GM, but he has yet to reach out. As of today, my car is still in the shop. Audi has quoted over $7,400 in total repair costs, and I’ve spent a significant amount on rental transportation. For this to be my first car purchase with Stivers, the experience has been extremely disappointing and stressful. I strongly encourage others to consider a different dealership. More
