Alisha was helpful as I came in to buy an Avalon. She asked the right questions to be sure it was the best car for me. The Avalon in stock was an XSE and an XLE would fit best. Though it was getting lat asked the right questions to be sure it was the best car for me. The Avalon in stock was an XSE and an XLE would fit best. Though it was getting late in the day. she and the team reached out to other dealers to find a similar XLE model. They found one that was very close and were able to get the car for the following afternoon. I had Alisha’s full attention as she patiently explained the process, the credit application process and the vehicle features. She kept me informed through every step. The financing process was easy and well explained as I had another rate quote and Alisha worked with Finance area and they were able to get me a lower rate. Once sale completed Alysha went through the features and showed me where they were and how to access . She has followed up to make sure I knew she was there for any questions or further help. A very positive experience. I have always had very good service from this dealership for over 15 years. More
