I had to get my car towed in for a transmission on a Friday afternoon. The advisor said they would get to it probably Monday but never did until Wednesday. Got charged 300.00 and had to rent a car for five days. I took it to a private garage and they looked at it right away and gave me options. I wasted 650 on the rental and your diagnostic charge.
