Alpine Nissan has the best customer service, went in for a change oil and the tread on the drain plug on the oil pan was broken and they gladly changed the pan without extra charge. The service department was very helpful. Allie Ramirez in particular was outstanding in keeping us informed on our specific need. We had a recall that was addressed right away and then a par Allie Ramirez in particular was outstanding in keeping us informed on our specific need. We had a recall that was addressed right away and then a part had to be ordered for out infotainment issues. Allie let us know the timeline and got us back on once the part had a date to arrive. She even got us into a loaner which really helped! Thanks to Allie and the repair tech! More
