We drove almost 4 hours to purchase a car Allen said was a specific condition. We rented a car, took days off work and drove all the way there. All to find a very rough, not at all as described & honestly a specific condition. We rented a car, took days off work and drove all the way there. All to find a very rough, not at all as described & honestly beat up vehicle. We asked for Allen to work on the price for us. He brought Casey out; who proceeded to get very upset, told us we had no idea what we were talking about & we essentially wasted our time driving down there. We got financing ahead of time, insured the vehicle, etc. Once we left, Allen would not lay off of our phones trying to guilt us into coming back. We had already started our drive home and had to get the rental car back by a certain time. If you’re looking for the classic “car salesman” mentality; these guys are it! More
